it would be so easy to make yourself. just find a branch the size you want, and with the right amount of twigs, spray paint it white, or another color you find interesting. Get a piece of foam from a Michael's (the kind you put fake flower arrangements in), and then stick that guy right in. You could use a really pretty container like a tea tin, and use some whispy moss to cover up the foam. Then get a professional photographer to come in and take a picture of your jewelry holder, and BAM. you got it.
