i stopped by my mom's yesterday to see her new crafting desk. she painted an old roll top desk that was in the basement. it still needs knobs, but i think it looks great so far!

ReplyDeletei googled "painting roll top desk" and found your beautiful blog! would you mind sharing how your mom painted this (spray/brush) and if she had any issues with paint chipping along the rolltop? did she use a special sealant to prevent that from happening? it's beautiful and exactly what i hope to do! i appreciate any input!
ReplyDeleteI just lave the color, i have a huye rol top des what my husband have me as a gift ,I turned mine into a vanity in my dressing area and I love it but I do want to paint it,I love the color she used it's gorgeous!
