brian and i have embarked upon our annual beginning of the year diet. we'll purge for about 3 months - until beach season usually.
we do something along the lines of the south beach diet - and it usually works.
we can have meat. cheese. veggies.
so when we absolutely must splurge or die of food boredom, we can do a delicious fondue.
williams sonoma has a basic recipe that's no fail. they also have a great fondue bourguignonne and blue cheese fondue.
