  2. i kind of wish they *wouldnt* stop campaigning and leave the posturing out of this decision. that way we dont screw up the economy for a generation by making a decision based on their goals for the next 2 months. ok, stepping off the soapbox.

  3. I just heard that the McCain camp would like to reschedule the debates to be Oct 2nd which just so happens to me when the VP debates were scheduled. Nice huh?

  5. fishy? or downright stupid! if he wants to be president, he's going to HAVE to learn how to multitask. this is the man who hasn't gone back to senate to take part in a single vote since APRIL, and now, he wants to drop everything and rush over there? oh yeah, and, what happened to "the fundementals of our economy are strong" lines he couldn't stop spewing two weeks ago?

  7. its a stunt - 100%. posturing at its finest.

did you hear he wants to reschedule his debate the night of biden v. palin? and move the VP debate...

if her 'unpreparedness' is at the root of this...

  8. I would totally LOVE to see Obama debate an empty podium. That'd be the best way this little stunt could backfire. But seriously, what's next...push back the election because the economic disaster McCain helped create is reaching its tipping point? I want to see the hotbate!

  9. I think they're putting that palin woman through a full immersion on politics, history, economics, social sciences, etc. because they fear she'll fuck up :D they gotta hope she's a quick learner, but judging by this request of grace I guess she ain't :D
I heard she got a passport for the first time in her life 2 years ago.

  10. What is deeply troubling is the fact that now Republican talking heads are blaming Democrats for the crisis by digging up comments made in 2003. Hello? who was in control at that time? Also, didn't George Bush not too long ago claim the increase of Americans buying homes creating a flourishing economy was because of his administrations good policies? Now that we know the impetus of this crisis was caused by an inflated housing market, its now the Democrats fault? I mean can anyone tell me if this country has grown stronger and safer since George Bush took office in 2000? Sorry, I suwannee, didn't mean to vent on your blog but thanks for the outlet. Go Obama!!!
