    I've gone to the store and had them do a store-locate. They find it somewhere, they contact that PB location, you pay for it, they ship it.

    I've had good luck calling the Memphis outlet b/c they carry more things than the normal outlets (Memphis is PB shipping hub). If they have what you are looking for, they will ship it to you!

    I'd try the outlets. If you have the #/code for the duvet then they can look it up in their computer and they apparently can check all of the outlets to see if one of them has it. Good luck!

    lovesbubbly said it. ask your local store to search for it in all pb stores in the country. that store can then ship it to you after purchasing over the phone.
