i'm here in atlanta this week for the gift show. finding some real spesh things -- start thinking christmas list! (i know, isn't that downright looney, but it's real life.) we stopped by the mashburn's shops last night for a little surtsey and i couldn't put my camera down. it's major eye candy in every direction. furbish is making a move in the next 12 months or so, and i'm taking cues from ann on all-white-everything so the pretty bits all have room to shine. doing doing and doing it well ann and sid. thanks for the inspiration! (also, i'm long overdue on a post about ann's eponymous line of tailored shirts. i finally snagged one last night, so my investigative reporting is complete, so i'll soon share my thoughts on these classic pieces that you need one of yesterday).
