i love this image from lena corwin's new book, 'printing by hand'.

the pattern above is inspired by the lovely mexican otomi - we've talked about it before.

michelle adam's also posted about it recently.

i immediately sent this image to my mom for painting inspiration!

    it's impressive. That drawer chest is IKEA's Rast and is really cheap. Its untreated wood makes it the perfect canvas for almost anything.
