nevada desert bighorn sheep are being moved to utah by helicopter to reduce the stress levels in herds. 7 hours dangling in the air but all worth it when they get to their new digs, and apparently, it's working. read more here.

2014 is the year of collecting kachina dolls. this is my first acquisition.

I grew up in Estes Park, CO. My dad was a family physician there and he would often trade medical care for arts and crafts with the Native Americans. I have a few kachinas myself!
