a valentine's day bedding makeover
i'm excited to team up with isabella, an interiors boutique in charlotte, nc on this bedding giveaway, just in time for valentine's day.
we're offering one lucky winner all the basics to get a chic boudoir plan well under way: a gorgeous set of peacock alley sheets and a coverlet, and a pair of our new black floral accent pillows - full of a palette of saturated colors you can choose from to make your bedroom beautiful.
i took one one my favorite custom pillows from my home and made a smaller version, accessible to everyone - and i have to admit, everyone who comes into the store is leaving with a pair, despite not having a single place to put them when they get home! they're that rearrange-the-home-room-type score, if you know what i'm saying. i move mine around the house constantly b/c they just make any room happier!

Oh mY gosh! I love isabella and furbish and live in Charlotte, NC! I would be the perfect person to win! :) i just moved into a 4 bedroom house and have realy old dingy hand me downs and am in need of new bedding! I splurged on a 4 poster bed so having the coverlet and pillows will allow me to accent the beauty of the bed and be as stylish as all the bloggers i read! I love, love the black and white pillows and think you can't get enough throw pillows. I would combine them with something whimsical and learn how to make my bed in order to show them off every day!

ReplyDeleteOh, my bed is in desperate need of a makeover. My sheets are terrible and knobby and stained and just bad. I'm considering throwing them away and going without sheets until I'm able to commit to a set that are hundreds of dollares.

We have a bland bed right now.But, I’ve just painted a colorful geometric print to go over our bed that would be a perfect ‘Dare to Mix’ combination with these floral and herringbone pillws + the classic coverlet. ReplyDeleteReligiously follow your blog (and now Isabella Studio) and everything Furbish except I don't actually subscribe to your blog...Whoops...Those floral pillows just sealed the deal for me though! It just so happens that I recently purchased a minty green fabric to reupholster a tufted bench at the end of my bed and both the pillows and the chevron coverlet would look fabulous with it!
ReplyDeleteAbout two years ago (in May) when I purchased my first home I found this picture on Pinterest and it was my inspiration photo for my new master bedroom (the bedroom picture in this blog post). That picture kicked off my obsession and relationship with Furbish. Haha, I HAND painted a canvas that I'd like to think looks exactly like the painting above the bed! I actually had to paint TWO because the first one was way too small, and my best friend now has it in her living room. Yeap, my walls are painted a light pink and I have the same duvet with the black edging. :) There is another photo of this bedroom on Pinterest that shows the entire room and I purchased a similar rug (diamond-patterned black/white). I even painted my closet doors in the similar color block pattern! It was around Christmas time 2012 that I started purchasing pieces for my new bed and the black floral pillows were not in stock. I was able to get one spotted pillow and purchased 2 floral pillows that were similar (can't remember if I purchased them from Furbish or Society Social). I would LOVE to win these pillows and the coverlet to complete my bedroom!!!! I'd be happy to share a picture of my room, just let me know :)

ReplyDeleteMy guest bedroom has been occupied by a friend who needed a place to stay in between jobs for the last 8 months. She just found a job- yay! But now the room looks dreary and empty and needs a revival! I love furbish (just posted my new feather prints on Instagram) and have followed Bryn for years! I'm a big fan! ReplyDeleteI live in NY, but follow Furbish closely for all my decorating ideas. My husband and I are in the midst of trying to spruce up our bedroom. Problem is, we cant agree on anything related to decorating, so we are at a standstill and could use your help. Our room is literally decorated with linen white paint and all white bedding. Neutral would be a compliment. Please help us add some color and style! I love the ideas of some high-gloss lacquer furniture against some fun pattern on the linens.
