Are those the WS sconces? I just saw them in a mag and ripped out the page, old school style. I'm about to start a new project and will def use them. Chic, but casual and feel like they could be from any time period or place (France in the 30s, Positano in the 50s - sure!)
I feel the exact same way about The Affair! I was SO into seasons 1-2 and felt it was really gripping (even though I sometimes find Alison to be yawn) - but now its like completely out of left field every episode. Love the wicker sconce.
I have a Target knockoff of the Lowland boots, and I love them! Somehow, they seem to come off as modest rather than sexy? I think it may be the stretchy (faux) suede. They are amazing.
OK, so I've tried many times to comment and my comments never make it through moderation (they're nice, I swear!), but here goes...
Yes yes yes about The Affair. It's almost painful to watch (so. little. happens. each week), but I don't really have a lot of shows right now and every week I think, maybe this will be a better episode! Sometimes a show can recover from a bad season (hi, Homeland!), but I don't even know if there's anything left to salvage here...
Your summary on Season 3 of "The Affair " couldn't be more on point! I keep watching because I have invested in two seasons. What could possibly be in that season finale?!? Everybody is miserable, uuuggghhh! On another note, I pushed through "insecure". At first I felt it was too "young" for me but I did develop interest toward the end. I haven't tried "Westworld" maybe after I finish Homeland, The Affair, and the Young Pope.

DeleteBuy the Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots. You won't regret your purchase. I promise.

ReplyDeleteI think you could pull off the boots. I considered them, too, but in a light tan suede that I could wear with light jeans and sweater dresses.
